Welcome to Singapore!

Well, that's me in the picture at the Merlion in Sentosa last August when I went to Singapore to visit my cousins. This 5-day vacation was my first out of the country trip. It was my first time to ride an airplane; And my first time to fly alone. whew!

I visited Sentosa and experienced Luge and Skyride (a must-try!), walked around Siloso and Palawan beach (its a man-made beach!) and watched Songs of the Sea (a must-see!). I was also toured around the city along Orchard road, Esplanade, Marina Bay and even Geylang. Then shopping at Bugis. We also had a day tour in Batam, Indonesia.

I really really like the whole place. People are very disciplined, transportation is very convenient, safe and most of all, clean. If only Philippines is like that, I am sure we will also progress.
